Galantas Gold Corp - Northern Ireland-focused gold producer - Intends to raise up to C$4 million, around $3.1 million, through a private placement of 8.9 million units at a price of 45 Canadian cents.
Each unit comprised one share and one-half of a share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share at a price of 55 cents per share.
Proceeds from the placing will go towards funding exploration and development at the Joshua Target in Northern Ireland, as well as working capital purposes.
