Edge Performance VCT PLC - London-based venture capital trust - Says Festicket, one of its portfolio firms that accounts for 36% of Edge's total net asset value as at July 29, is ‘currently experiencing headwinds’. Festicket, a festival trip booking firm, is in talks with advisers and stakeholders over navigating these headwinds. ‘The outcome of these discussions is not yet clear, and the board will continue to monitor its investment in Festicket and update the company's shareholders on this matter as appropriate. The outcome of these discussions may, however, significantly impact upon the value of the company's holding in Festicket,’ it cautions. Edge's holding in Festicket was valued at GB4.7 million at July 29.
