Galantas Gold Corp - Northern Ireland-focused gold producer - To increase size of private placement to up to 13.3 million units at price of C$0.45 each for total proceeds of up to C$6 million, around £3.9 million. Firm previously said it aimed to raise up to C$4 million. Each unit comprises of one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. ‘The company intends to use the net proceeds of the upsized offering for exploration and development at the Joshua Target as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes,’ it says.
