Base Resources Ltd - mineral sands developer with assets in Kenya and Madagascar - Says it has reduced Kwale South Dune ore reserve estimates by 18 million tonnes, and mineral resource estimates by 26 million tonnes due to mining depletion during the year that ended on June 30.
Mineral resources at Kwale now estimated at 205 million tonnes as at June 30. Ore reserves estimated at 40 million tonnes as at June 30.
Says the Kwale Mineral Sands Operations in Kenya is located about 50 kilometres south of Mombasa and 10 kilometres inland from the Kenyan coast.
