Powerhouse Energy Group PLC - Bingley, England-based hydrogen from waste plastic producer - Chief Executive Officer Paul Drennan-Dunrose to resign from his role with effect on August 31, as a personal decision.
Drennan-Dunrose has been part of Powerhouse for over six months since February.
Chair Keith Riley will become acting CEO until a permanent successor is found.

We are sorry to see Paul leave, especially at a time when the non-binding heads of terms with Peel on Protos is a significant step forward both for the company and for the project - which sets out a plan for the proposed implementation of Powerhouse's unique hydrogen generation technology,’ Riley says.
