Sirius Real Estate Ltd - London and Johannesburg-listed property investor - Alistair Marks, chief investment officer and former chief financial officer, has agreed to step in as interim finance chief. This comes as Chief Finance Officer Diarmuid Kelly is due to take a 12-month paternity leave from September 22. Kelly has indicated his intention to return to his role within Sirius Facilities GmbH as group finance director in September 2023.
