ICG Enterprise Trust PLC - London-based private equity investor - Alongside Gridiron Capital Fund V, invests $5 million in Vistage Worldwide. ICG says Vistage ‘is the world's largest executive coaching organisation for small and medium sized businesses, operating for over 65 years with over 24,000 members’.
San-Diego based Vistage provides a subscription services offering peer advisory meetings, one-on-one coaching, including access to online content and speakers and events. Gridiron Capital Fund V is a buyout fund managed by Connecticut-based Gridiron Capital.
