Star Phoenix Group Ltd - oil and gas company focused on Trinidad and Indonesia - Receives a consent award from the London Court of International Arbitration in relation to two of its four stage 1 claims. Under the award, LandOcean Energy Service Co Ltd is required to make a payment of $301,265 to the company by September 16.
The lawsuit relates to the sale of Range Resources Trinidad Ltd to LandOcean at the end of March 2020 and outstanding payments owed by LandOcean to Star Phoenix.
