Impact Healthcare REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust - Buys two care homes in Kent for £14.0 million combined with acquisition costs. Says these acquisitions are with a new tenant Belmont Healthcare, an independent care group. Once completed, Impact says initial annual rent agreed at £890,000.
Says one home is a 120-bedroom property split over four units, while the other transaction is the sale and leaseback of a 48-bedroom home owned by Belmont, which includes a potential deferred payment of up to £550,000. Impact says these acquisitions are leased with fixed terms of 25 years.
Current stock price: 119.39 pence, up 0.3% in London on Monday
