Haydale Graphene Industries PLC - Ammanford, Wales-based graphene technology company - Proposes placing to raise £5.0 million. Haydale has a market capitalisation of £12.8 million. Says 250.0 million shares will be offered in placing and subscription, at 2 pence each, a 20% discount to current share price. Also proposes open offer of 25.5 million shares at same price to raise additional £510,000. ‘The net proceeds of the fundraising, amounting to between £5.00 million and £5.51 million, depending on the take up of the open offer, will be used to fund general working capital needs of the business,’ Haydale says.
Current stock price: 2.50 pence, ended down 12% on Tuesday.
