Zinc Media Group PLC - UK-based TV and multimedia content producer - Completes £2.1 million acquisition of UK-based brand and corporate film production company Edge Picture Co Ltd. Says the acquisition is consistent with its strategy, complements its portfolio and is sensibly priced.
