Plaza Centers NV - property investor in India - Says its subsidiary Elbit Plaza India Real Estate Holdings Ltd received a payment of ₹2.5 crores, or €314,754 from an unnamed, local investor. The payment serves as proof of intention for the acquisition of EPI's whole rights in the special project vehicle, which holds a project site in Bangalore, India.
Between mid-April and mid-June, Plaza established a compromise between its 48%-owned investees Elbit Plaza India Real Estate Holdings Ltd and Elbit Imaging Ltd and an unnamed local investor to buy the rights to the Bangalore site for between €13.5 million to €14.1 million.
