Alien Metals Ltd - mineral exploration in Australia, Mexico and Greenland - Executes option deal with Windfield Metals Pty Ltd to acquire an additional 39% interest in the Hancock and Brockman DSO iron ore projects. Pays £1.8 million to exercise the option, consisting of a cash payment of £60,000 and the issuance of 260,000 shares at a deemed issue price of £0.0067 pence. This increases its indirect interest in the projects to 90%. It currently has a 51% direct interest, with the remaining stake being held by Windfield.
