Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd on Friday reported a monthly increase in its net asset value and received distributions of €2.3 million.
The company is a Guernsey-based investor in private equity and debt, managed by Partners Group Holding AG.
In July, its net asset value increased by 2.3% to €14.08 per share from €13.76 in June.
It noted that portfolio developments were positive and grew by 2.7%. However, currency movements were negative and declined by 1.3%.
Princess has invested a total of €26.9 million.
Of this amount, €13.3 million were invested in Forterro UK Ltd, a software services provider.
Further, €12.1 million were invested in Version 1, a digital transformation services provider.
Princess received distributions of €2.3 million in July, of which €1.9 million stemmed from its private equity investments, and €400,000 from its mature legacy fund portfolio and private debt investments.
Shares were untraded on Friday morning in London, last quoted at 965.00 pence each.
