Octopus Titan VCT PLC - London based venture capital trust - Sells gym & fitness-focused full stack software management platform Zappy Ltd to Arkansas, US-based software firm ABC Fitness Solutions LLC. Business-to-business software as a service provider Zappy trades under the name Glofox.
Sum remains undisclosed. Octopus Titan has invested £5.1 million in the business since 2019.
‘Although the details of the transaction are not being disclosed, the transaction represents an attractive exit for the Titan shareholders,’ Octopus adds.
