IN BRIEF: Angus Energy to sell first gas to Shell via National Grid

Angus Energy PLC - oil and gas development company operating in England - Announces first nomination for gas export and sale to Shell PLC via National Grid PLC, which happened on Tuesday. Firm will ‘will continue to make nominations this week.’ Gas is from Saltfleetby gas field in Lincolnshire, England. ‘The company will give further advice on volumes achieved when flow rates have stabilised,’ Angus Energy adds.

On Thursday, firm said well B2 is producing five million standard cubic feet of gas per day.

Current stock price: 2.40 pence, up 3.9% on Wednesday

12-month change: up from 0.80p
