Edge Performance VCT PLC - London-based venture capital trust - Says Festicket, one of its portfolio firms that accounts for 36% of Edge's total net asset value as at July 29, has been unable to find a solution to its trading difficulties, and has filed a notice of intention to appoint an administrator.
As a result, Edge Performance will write the value of Festicket to nil as at the end of August.
Edge's holding in Festicket was valued at £4.7 million at July 29.
