Starvest PLC - London-based early-stage mineral exploration investor - Chair and Chief Executive Officer Callum Baxter will step down as CEO but remain as chair, a role he has held since 2015.
Non-Executive Director Mark Badros will be appointed as CEO, with immediate effect. Badros has been part of Starvest's board for four years, since 2018.

He has worked successfully with Starvest for several years achieving positive outcomes and understands the company, our shareholders, the company's investment strategy, and the market. I welcome his appointment as CEO of Starvest and look forward to continuing to work with Mark, and other members of the board, as non-executive chair,’ Baxter says.
