GB Group PLC - Chester, England-based identity data intelligence firm - Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR LLC confirms it is considering a possible cash offer for the company. ‘There can be no certainty that any firm offer will be made, nor as to the terms on which any firm offer might be made,’ GTCR says.
GTCR now has until October 4 to announce its intention to make a firm offer or announce it does not intend to make an offer, in accordance with UK takeover code.
Current stock price: 525.18 pence, up 10% on Tuesday in London
