EJF Investments Ltd - Jersey-incorporated closed-ended investor in assets benefiting from regulatory and structural change in the financial services sector - Net asset value at June 30 rises 44% to 184.0 pence per share from 127.5p a year prior. Annual total net return doubles to 11% from 5.5%. Adds that NAV since end of period risen 1.1% to 186.0p at July 31. Declares two quarterly dividends of 2.675p during period.
