Pembridge Resources PLC - London-based copper-focused mining company - Minto Metals Corp, in which Pembridge has an 11% holding, provided an update on its reclamation costs security for the Minto mine in Yukon, Canada. Minto says it has submitted a proposal to the Yukon Government regarding the $21 million increase in security costs required for the Minto mine. The Yukon Government and Selkirk First Nation are reviewing the proposal.
Minto, Yukon Government and Selkirk First Nation are continuing discussions about the proposed security funding schedule submitted in a proposal on August 31 and expects to provide a further update to the market in the near future.
