Kape Technologies PLC - Isle of Man-based digital privacy and security business - Opens subscription via PrimaryBid for retail investors. Following strong demand, the placing is now expected to close at 1700 GMT on Wednesday. Previously it was expected to close at 1800 GMT on Wednesday. The company says it will raise towards the top end of the $110 million to $200 million range indicated on Tuesday. The company intends to use the proceeds to fund potential acquisitions.
