Adriatic Metals PLC - Vares silver project in Bosnia & Herzegovina and Raska zinc-silver project in Serbia - Non-Executive Director Peter Bilbe sells 300,000 shares at A$2.33 to A$2.40, worth A$717,115, about £412,990, on June 1. Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Paul Cronin buys 100,000 shares at A$1.95, worth A$194,775, on June 23. Both transactions were done in Sydney via Chess depositary interests.
