Barclays PLC - London-based bank - Announces that Barclays Bank PLC's rescission offer, which commenced on August 1, has expired.
Out of the $17.7 billion securities subject to the rescission offer, claims representing around $7.7 billion of securities were validly submitted by initial investors in structured notes. Claims submitted by other investors through an online portal are under review, firm adds.
