Coral Products PLC - Manchester-based plastic products maker - Buys Manplas Holdings Ltd for £300,000, paying £200,000 in cash and £100,000 in 625,000 shares at 16 pence per share. Manplas provides custom manufacturing of vacuum-formed components and sheet plastic parts from premises adjoining those of Coral's Tatra Rotalac subsidiary. Manplas reported an after-tax loss of £29,000 on sales of £2.7 million in the financial year that ended June 30, 2021. Coral says the services offered by Manplas complement those of its Customised Packaging Ltd subsidiary, also based nearby.
