Mosman Oil & Gas Ltd - oil projects in US and Australia - Reports further delay to spudding of Cinnabar-1 well in Tyler County, Texas by the contracted drilling company. Says all site preparation is complete, and drilling will start once the rig arrives, now expected in the last week of September. Mosman holds a 75% working interest in the well and is the operator.
