Highcroft Investments PLC - England and Wales-focused real estate investor - Chief Executive Officer Simon Gill will resign from the company from the end of March next year. The board has started the search for a new CEO, Highcroft says.
Chair Charles Butler says of Gill: ‘He has been with the company for almost 10 years and presided over a material improvement to the portfolio, moving away from high street retail to warehousing and retail parks in line with shifts in consumer shopping behaviour. This has resulted in an impressive increase in [net asset value] per share over the period and helped the company deliver on its stated strategy to increase dividends year on year.’
