IN BRIEF: Inspiration Healthcare shares up as supply order received

Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC - Crawley, England-based medical technology company - Receives an order worth about £600,000 from its Japanese distributor, who is unnamed. Says the contract for the supply of SLE ventilators is for delivery by the end of the current financial year.

SLE stands for systemic lupus erythematosus, an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks its own tissues.

Chief Executive Officer Neil Campbell says: ‘With registration in Japan for the SLE6000 received last year, this latest order shows the confidence our distributor has in the product range.’

SLE ventilators are high-specification, sophisticated infant ventilators offering a range of conventional modes with additional options for non-invasive ventilation, high frequency oscillation ventilation and high flow oxygen therapy.

Current stock price: 82.44 pence, up 3.7%
