boohoo Group PLC - Manchester, England-based online fast fashion retailer - Says incoming Chief Financial Officer Shaun McCabe will take up his new role on Monday. McCabe will succeed Neil Catto, who will transition to an executive director role on the board on the same date.
McCabe will join boohoo from online ticketing platform Trainline PLC, where he has been CFO for six years. He has been a boohoo non-executive director for the past two years. Prior to that, he was international director at boohoo competitor Asos PLC, as well as CFO for Amazon Europe, part of Amazon.com Inc.
