Just Eat Takeaway.com NV - London-based online food delivery company - Says Dick Boer will be nominated as chair of the supervisory board. Boer currently serves as non-executive director for Nestle SA and Shell PLC. He has also served as president and chief executive officer of Ahold Delhaize NV.
Just Eat also nominates Andrew Kenny as chief commercial officer. Kenny has been with the firm for five years and has served as managing director for Just Eat UK. Most recently, Kenny was interim chief operating officer. Jorg Gerbig is nominated for the reappointment of his role as chief operating officer.
