Avon Protection PLC - personal protection company - Confirms Paul McDonald today has stepped down from his role as CEO. Says Non-Executive Chair Bruce Thompson will become executive chair from October 1 until a new chief executive officer is in place.
Says Thompson joined as non-executive chair designate in March 2020, having previously been CEO of Diploma PLC, the FTSE-250 specialised technical products and services business, for over twenty years.
