Bezant Resources PLC - copper-gold project developer - On Monday, notes an announcement by Caerus Mineral Resources regarding a joint venture agreement between itself and Bezant regarding expenditure of up to $500,000 every 45 days prior to the start of an agreed work programme. Says Caerus has requested £227,549 from the company, and Bezant has provided the payment. Bezant says it has been in ‘recent communication’ with Caerus regarding an outstanding amount and an update on the prospects of the joint venture. Neither Bezant nor Caerus have sought to commence any dispute resolution procedures, it adds.
