Honeycomb Investment Trust PLC - asset secured loans investor - Says it has changed its name to Pollen Street PLC. Says it will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange from 8:00 BST on Monday next week. Says its trading instrument display mnemonic will also change from HONY to POLN on the same date.
In February this year, Honeycomb and Pollen Street Capital Ltd said they reached an agreement on the terms of a recommended all-share combination. Under the pact, Honeycomb would buy the entire issued share capital of Pollen Street in exchange for shares in the company. Last week, the combination was completed.
Current stock price: 791.13 pence, up 0.7% on Friday
