Carnival PLC - Miami, Florida-based cruise line - Prices debt issue with 10.375% coupon at 98.465% of face value. Carnival Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd, a subsidiary of Carnival Corp, issues $2.03 billion in senior priority notes due 2028. The unsecured offering was increased from $1.25 billion "due to strong investor demand", Carnival says. It will use the fresh cash to repay amounts drawn on its revolving credit facility.
