Corero Networks Security PLC - Amersham, Buckinghamshire-based distributed denial of service cyber defence solutions - Hires Philip Richards as its new chief financial officer to join on November 21. Philip is currently the senior vice president of finance at UK-Swedish based gaming company Kambi Group PLC.
Says CFO Andrew Miller will revert to his role as a non-executive director on January 1 next year. Last month, Miller was appointed as interim CFO. He has been a non-executive director of Corero since May 2020, having previously held the positions of CFO and chief operational officer from August 2010.
