Hammerson PLC - London-based property development and investment company - Announces exercise of early redemption option regarding its €500.0 million 1.8% bonds due 2023. The aggregate principal amount of bonds outstanding is €235.5 million. The bonds will be redeemed at par, including interest. The bonds will be redeemed in full on December 16 and will be settled using the existing cash on the balance sheet covering this maturity. There are no group debt maturities uncovered by existing cash on the balance sheet until 2025, Hammerson highlights.
