OTAQ PLC - Lancaster, England-based marine technology for offshore oil and gas industries and aquaculture - Shares are listed on Aquis Stock Exchange on Wednesday, moving from the London Main Market in a switch announced in mid-October. At the time OTAQ said it would raise up to £3.6 million in a share offer as part of the AQSE listing.
Current stock price: quoted at 5 pence mid price for £6.4 million market capitalisation but no trades reported on Wednesday
