Carclo PLC - West Yorkshire-based plastic parts manufacturer - Promotes David Bedford to chief financial officer and names him as a director, effective from yesterday, as CFO and director Phil White steps down. Says White will retire in June next year to ensure a smooth transition.
Bedford joined Carclo in September as the CFO of its Technical Plastics division. He was most recently the group finance director of the Sheffield, England-based security systems company Synectics PLC from 2020 to 2022.
Last month, Frank Doorenbosch was hired as Carclo's new chief executive officer.
