Ten Lifestyle Group PLC on Thursday said it won an upgraded contract with an unnamed existing client bank in Latin America.
The London-based travel and lifestyle concierge company said it will upgrade its concierge programme for the client's premium cardholders, citing member engagement with the programme as exceeding expectations after the initial contract was announced on August 9.
It said this prompted an additional commitment from the client to expand the programme, including paid-for customised content and assets to drive customer loyalty objectives.
Ten Lifestyle did not provide any financial details, but described the change as upgrading its 2023 contract to "large" from "medium".
Shares in Ten Lifestyle rose by 5.2% to 47.85 pence in London on Thursday afternoon.
