Active Energy Group PLC on Wednesday said it appointed Michelle Fagan as interim chief financial officer, effective today.
London-based Active Energy group is a renewable energy company focused on the production and development of biomass products.
Fagan has been working with Active Energy’s management team since 2020, and her new role will initially be in a non-board capacity.
Previously, Fagan was CFO at Assured Asset Energy Group, Nowtel Group and Chemistry Strategic Communications in London and Dublin.
She is a qualified chartered certified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with 24 years’ experience as a finance professional.
Active Energy announced in August that Andrew Diamond will step down as CFO. He has ceased to be a director of the company with immediate effect.
Active Energy shares were down 1.1% to 4.40 pence at midday on Wednesday in London.
