Hammerson PLC - London-based property developer focused on urban and retail space in the UK, Ireland and France - Notes High Court of England & Wales sanctioned the cancellation of its capital redemption reserve. Says the capital reduction is to increase distributable reserves.
Confirms that, following the capital reduction, the issued share capital will be 5.00 billion shares at 5 pence each.
