LondonMetric Property PLC - London-based property investor - Says Non-Executive Chair Patrick Vaughan sells 300,000 shares at 191 pence per share on Thursday, worth £573,000.
In July, the company noted that just under 21% of shareholders voted against the re-election of Patrick Vaughan to company’s board, adding the board ‘strongly supports Patrick’s re-election as chair of the board and Nomination Committee. But the search for a successor is underway.
