Netcall PLC - Bedford-based customer engagement software provider - Issues 403,027 new shares at 5 pence each following exercise of share options by ‘certain employees’ of the group. Application has been made for new shares to admit to trading on AIM, expected to become effective November 30. Company’s issued share capital will be 155.3 million, including 1.9 million shares in treasury.
