XPS Pensions Group PLC - Reading, England-based pensions consulting and administration firm - Announces appointment of Alan Bannatyne as permanent chair, effective today. Bannatyne served as interim chair from September 8. Has been on the board since 2017. Company says ‘a robust selection process and consultation of major shareholders was completed’. Notes Bannatyne also serves as chief financial officer at Robert Walters PLC.
In addition, Margaret Snowdon is appointed as permanent senior independent director, and Sarah Ing has been appointed as permanent chair of the audit & risk committee.
