Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC - Invests for capital growth from small Japanese companies - Says Neil Donaldson, a non-executive director and chair of the board of directors, will retire from the board at the 2023 annual general meeting, where he will not seek re-election.
Jamie Skinner, a non-executive director, will be appointed as the new chair of the board.
