International Public Partnerships invests into two US debt instruments

ALN

International Public Partnerships Ltd on Monday said it invested into two additional interest-bearing subordinated debt instruments in the US, giving it a ‘secure’ revenue stream to 2052.

The London-based infrastructure and business investment firm said the investments totalling $45 million were underpinned by security over seven operational P3 Family Housing for Service Personnel projects, consisting of around 21,800 housing units across the US.

P3 in the US and Canada stands for public private partnerships.

The investment was sourced by International PPL’s investment adviser Amber Fund Management Ltd, and bought from Amber’s affiliate Hunt Companies Inc.

International PPL said the projects are geographically diverse and have high barriers to entry due to limitations of on-facility housing units.

International Public Partnerships shares were 0.9% higher at 149.73 pence each on Monday morning in London.
