Fevertree Drinks PLC - London-based drink mixers producer - Appoints of Domenic De Lorenzo as non-executive chair effective from May 2023. De Lorenzo will work closely with outgoing non-executive chair Bill Ronald during the handover period. Ronald, chair since 2014, informed the board in May that he intended to retire at the company’s AGM in 2023. De Lorenzo, former chief financial officer and executive board director at former FTSE 100 beverage company SABMiller PLC, has been a non-executive director of the board at Fevertree since May 2018. ‘Domenic brings exceptional leadership and commercial skills, with a clear focus on performance and a strong strategy skill set. Having worked with him in a board capacity since 2018, I can attest to his strength of judgement and proven governance reputation and focus, as well as his personal leadership skills,’ Ronald says.
