Lookers PLC - Altrincham, England-based car dealership chain - Chair Ian Bull notifies the board he will step down for personal reasons, effective December 31. The board commences search for a new chair, while Senior Independent Director Paul Van der Burgh will assume role of interim non-executive chair on January 1. Non-Executive Director Sue Farr will become interim senior independent director. Lookers says it is making strong progress in the delivery of strategic priorities and confirms trading for 2022 remains in line with expectations.
‘Ian has been instrumental in helping us to develop and implement our strategic priorities,’ says Van der Burgh.
