Carr’s Group PLC - Carlisle, England-based speciality agriculture and engineering group - Shares are suspended from Wednesday as the company was unable to release its results for the year to September 3, 2022 by Tuesday. Carr’s says it is working closely with its auditor Grant Thornton UK LLP to publish the results this month. Confirms that its performance in financial year 2022 was in line with expectations and ahead of the prior year. For the year ended August 28, 2021, Carr’s posted a pretax profit of £12.1 million and revenue of £417.3 million.
