Alternative Liquidity Fund Ltd - investment firm - Plans to return 1.5 US cents per share to shareholders, or $2.2 million in total based on the current number of shares in issue, following the receipt of a distribution of $2.2 million from the Vision Special Credit Opportunities ELT Fund. This return of capital will be effected by way of an issue of redeemable B shares to existing shareholders, it says.
